Hi, my name is Jane Courtney and I am lucky to be the owner and manager of this wonderful setting. Children are at the heart of all that we do and I am grateful to be part of a team where it really has a ‘family-feel’ about it. Now that my two children are at university, I enjoy the hustle, bustle an general excitement experienced each day! Outside of pre-school, I enjoy walking my dog, running and cycling. We live in a beautiful part of the country and I love to explore it as much as possible!​

A warm welcome to you all. My name is Caroline Prance and I am the  Deputy Manager at The Villages Pre-School .

I obtained my NVQ3 in Child Care Learning and Development in July 2010 and feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Jane as her Deputy since February 2011 .

I look forwards to providing your child with lots of fun and exciting activities  to enjoy  and support their learning alongside a very dedicated team.

My name is Vitaliya Pollard. I was born in Ukraine but for the past 12 years I have been living with my family in Eldwick. I am so lucky to work at the Villages Pre-School for nearly 9 years and help our children to become resilient and independent individuals through play, games, friendships and happiness.

Hi, I am Rachel Cardamone and I have been working with early years children for nearly 10 years, 

being part of the villages preschool for 5 of these years.

I hold a level two young people's work force certificate and have attended and completed safe guarding children and child protection in early years courses.

I really enjoy reading with the children and sharing with them my love of books and stories. I have been very much involved in planning a varied range of activities for the children, to inspire them to explore their own capabilities and to support their ongoing learning.

My name is Anne Ayrton and I’ve worked at the Villages Pre-School for seven years and been in childcare for over 20 years. I have three children, Holly aged 20 yrs, Lucy aged 18 yrs and Ben aged 15 yrs, which has given me first-hand experience of leaving my children in settings and supporting transitions. I ma very much looking forward to getting to know all of the children and their families.
