About Us
When The Villages Pre-School first opened I never imagined the laughs, the smiles and the achievements that it would have brought to so many children, families and practitioners. Now 18 years old, we have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that we now use to support the children and families within our setting.
Seeing children grow, adapt, learn new skills, socialise and increase in confidence are the main reasons why I love being an Early Years Teacher – every day is different! Even now I love to learn about new approaches (such as currently working towards being an accredited ‘Communication Friendly Setting’. I keep involved with government initiatives (being on the Bradford Council’s project board for the early years funding) and ensure safeguarding remains a key priority. The Villages Pre-school is my passion and I strive to keep reviewing practice to ensure we deliver the best early years education possible, to our children and families.
